Introduction

DECENTRALIZED TECHNOLOGY ARCHITECTURE

The NEXTiBOT Robot Applications has a modern, open-source, micro-servicesbased architecture that emphasis on both flexibility and scalability where Hardware meets software to make an optimum consumer robot experience.At the front end, the application runs on a Python/C++ API driven front end node components encapsulated by a comprehensive Robot Operating System (RoS) framework. Each Robot also has a Wallet Node (Dapp) to identify and work on a Algorand Blockhain network. This in-turn interacts with the middleware, that holds all the business logic and connects with the infrastructure while maintaining the security & decentralization. The layer is also responsible to interact with the Backend Layer and the BlockChain layer (Via Algorand, Solidity and Ethereum EVMs). The components work seamlessly with each other to provide a strong user experience that can be easily configured without the need to change any of the application architecture or handling the base code. Each robot can also be identified as Edge Computing end point Node and this is in our roadmap after we partner with a edge computing infrastructure player.

Fractional ownership, or fractionalisation, is not a new concept. Shared and syndicated ownership has been around for hundreds of years, ranging from collective agricultural schemes to enthusiasts clubbing together to buy part ownership of a Yacht or a race-horse.

To make Robotics permeate into our daily lives, tokenization comes into the picture. Robot Tokenization is a method to convert ownership rights in a Robo asset into a number of digital tokens. The NEXTiBOT robot worth $20,000 can be converted into 20,000 tokens of $1 each, where each token is equal to 0.005% share of the robot. Then, tokens are issued on any blockchain platform that can support smart contracts, for example, Ethereum. When a user buys one token, it means they buy 0.005% of the asset’s ownership. If someone buys 10,000 tokens, they own 50% of the asset. If they buy all 20,000 tokens, they become 100% owner of that robot and its earned profits when rented out.
